1. Behaviour
To ensure MindStorm Coding is a fun and safe experience for everyone, we have established rules. These will be explained to your child upon arrival at MindStorm Coding Camps. Should any misbehaviour occur, it will initially be addressed with your child. If the problem persists, we will contact you. MindStorm Coding maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bullying.

2. Definitions
“MindStorm Coding Courses” refers to various training formats provided by MindStorm Coding, including classroom, online, and specialized training sessions.
“T&Cs” refers to this document, titled “MindStorm Coding Courses and Online Content Terms and Conditions”.
“Course Materials” include educational content, documentation, and other materials provided in various formats.

3. General Conditions of Use
a) You and your child must maintain respectful behaviour toward other students and staff at MindStorm Coding.
b) MindStorm Coding equipment must be used appropriately as agreed upon with instructors.
c) Access to MindStorm Coding facilities is restricted to operating hours or as otherwise arranged.
d) MindStorm Coding is not responsible for personal injuries or losses incurred on its camps.
e) Emergency procedures are displayed in all facilities.
f) MindStorm Coding assumes no liability for personal property loss or damage.
g) Illegal activities are prohibited on MindStorm Coding camps.
h) MindStorm Coding's equipment must not be removed or damaged.
i) Recording of individuals without consent is prohibited.
j) Facilities and equipment should be left tidy and undamaged.
k) Any damages caused by you or your child will be charged to you.

4. Lesson Overview
a) Lessons are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed between you and MindStorm Coding.
b) Online sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Session links will be emailed prior to the first session.
c) Sessions are scheduled weekly at the same time.
d) A Student Information Form must be completed prior to starting tuition sessions.

5. Cancellations
a) If a student misses a group session, the session will be recorded and the link sent ahead of the next session. Full session cost applies with no refunds.
b) If MindStorm Coding cancels a session, we will attempt to reschedule. If not possible, the session's cost will be credited towards future sessions.

6. Orders and Acceptance
a) Reservation and confirmation notices will be issued upon order and payment receipt.
b) Transactions and contracts can be completed electronically.
c) MindStorm Coding will confirm course enrollment upon service provision.
d) Payment authorizes MindStorm Coding to charge for course fees and related costs.
e) You warrant the accuracy and authorization of all transaction information.
f) MindStorm Coding reserves the right to terminate access for invalid or disputed payments.

7. Warranty
a) MindStorm Coding warrants that its courses will be delivered to commercial standards.
b) There is no warranty beyond this, and liability for reliance on course content is disclaimed.

8. Payments
a) Course prices are subject to change, but confirmed registrations will be honored at original prices.

9. Intellectual Property
a) Course Materials are copyrighted and provided solely for class attendees.
b) Unauthorized use of MindStorm Coding's intellectual property is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
a) MindStorm Coding cannot guarantee academic success and is not liable for the student's academic performance.
b) MindStorm Coding disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from our services or any errors in learning materials.

11. Third Party Services
a) Third-party IDEs (Integrated Development Environments) are used for coding sessions. MindStorm Coding is not responsible for third-party content or advertising.
12. Acceptance of Terms
a) By enrolling in MindStorm Coding, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
b) MindStorm Coding reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
